Big success at the Kasama education program in Karlsruhe!
After one year of hard workouts, four weekend long seminars with Guro Timm Blaschke who was assisted by
Madunong Guro Holger Wipfler and three demanding examinations (Phase 1-3) before every seminar started,
14 IKAEF students passed the examination to Kasama (assistant / the first instructor level).
All of them are high ranks and long time instructors in different martial arts like Taekwondo, Ju Jutus,
Aikijutsu, Karate and many more.
On every weekend seminar they learned the basic techniques of each phase with different variations and
a lot of ideas how to teach them.
The last seminar was packed with a lot of theories like a powerpoint presentation about the
IKAEF history, organisation, program, membership administration, etc.
They learned principles how to build and develop an exciting class and how to bring their students from a beginner level
to an advanced practitioner.
Having been exposed to a variety of concepts and technical information in mind they came back to the gym
and trained different warm up techniques and more variations of the basic program to keep the classes more interesting
and challenging for their students.
Finally everyone had to pass a multiple of practical exams and multiple choice questions.
Those successfully graduating were Dieter Binning, Klaus Rudolf, Björn Bühler, Oliver Hill, Kristian Gröger,
Florian Schulze, Frank Hack, Uwe Weishaupt, Yves Lindenbach, Andreas Hofmann, Heinz Stöckli, Stefan Marchlewski,
Heiko Kron and Jutta Gravalos our only new female Kasama who is missing at the picture).
They all found new friends and new training connections, had a lot of fun and became as they became a part of the
worldwide IKAEF family.
The IKAEF wishes all of them good luck and big success with their own students.
